Your company can now register as a potential supplier of goods and/or services to the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI),online.
To be considered for registration in our vendor database, it is imperative that potential suppliers provide the correct information. In order to fulfill registration requirements, it is necessary to complete the online Vendor Roster Application Form and the list of commodities.
The vendor must attach to the vendor roster application form, a registration certificate and their most recent balance sheet.
Submission of a completed application package does not automatically guarantee that your company will be included in the local vendor roster database. Registration will depend on the result of the evaluation of your application.
UNAMI will evaluate each completed application on the basis of the financial soundness of the supplier, experience and relevance of the goods and/or services.
If your application is approved, your company will be given equal consideration in the process of supplier selection. In addition, if approved as a supplier, this information may be shared with other UN offices.

If you are registered with the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM):
You will still need to complete the vendor roster application form and the UNAMI List of Commodities. However, you do not need to attach to the vendor roster application form, the registration certificate or your company’s most recent balance sheet.
